This self-cleaning separator WSPX 303TGP-71 is mainly used for the concentration of water-based coolants or the cleaning of washing liquids such as lye baths or also dirty water / rainwater.

The maximum hydraulic flow rate is 1500 l / h. The engine is a two-pole motor with 50 Hz at 2.2 kW. The drum has a speed of 9510 rpm at 69 dB (A).
The tax water consumption per output is 0.5 l / output. Sediment volume ca: 0.63 liter. Discharge quantity min 0.8 liter, max 0.9 liter.
The separation is carried out in the separator drum, which is driven by the electric motor via a flat belt.
The separator can be used as a concentrator with a large heavy phase (e.g. Water) and a small phase (e.g. Oil) as well as the sludge phase.
However, the separator can also be used as a cleaning separator (clarifier). is used with only the sludge separation.

The system as such is a completely overhauled compact system. All functions are controlled via Schütze and Zeitrelais.
All lines, which are in contact with the product, are designed in stainless steel. This also applies to the feed pump (bacon), the air-controlled three-way valve (APV) and the two switchable pre-filters (AWH). The damped manometers and the foam glass holders are also made of stainless steel.

The sludge tank has a pump control and a suction pump for highly polluted wastewater.
In order to prevent contamination of the lines and the separator, an additional CIP-line was installed.
All lines and filters are to be shut off with special flap valves. The lines have been welded in shape.

The compact system stands for a better transport and a better working height on five feet.
